What to Include in Your RFQ
The more you send up front, the faster and firmer our quotation:
- 3D files — STEP, IGES, or native CAD. 2D drawings with tolerances and critical dimensions help on high-precision parts.
- Material — named resin and grade, or the performance you need (FDA food-contact, REACH/RoHS compliance, UV, impact, temperature).
- Quantity — annual volume and expected order pattern. There is no MOQ; orders under 3,000 pcs include a machine setup fee.
- Finish — texture, gloss level, color, and any LOGO or marking requirements.
- Application and environment — what the part does, operating temperature, load, and any certification the end product must meet.
For complex or high-precision parts, we provide a free Moldflow analysis and a DFM report before quoting, so you see wall thickness, gate location, and warp risk before steel is cut. Complex mold types — multi-cavity, auto-unscrewing, 2K, overmold, collapsible-core, and gas-assist — are quoted the same way, with molds up to 15 tons.
How We Respond
The Sales Team confirms receipt and assigns your project to an engineer. Sampling and quality questions receive a same-day answer; batch quality issues are addressed within 1 day. Molds belong to you, with free maintenance and one-year free storage. Certificates available upon request.
