Who We Are
We are an engineering-led factory, not a trading company. Design, mold making, molding, and quality control sit inside the same facility in Hengli Town, so a question raised on the molding floor can be addressed directly by the in-house mold shop rather than through a chain of third parties.
That structure matters for the problems buyers actually bring to us: quality that drifts between batches, sampling and lead times that stretch for weeks, mold costs inflated by weak DFM, slow or unclear communication, and documentation gaps on REACH, RoHS, and FDA requirements.
Our engineering team brings 15 years of experience to these issues. We provide DFM reports as a standard part of quoting, and free Moldflow analysis for complex, high-precision products. If a design will be expensive to tool or hard to mold consistently, we prefer to say so before steel is cut.
What We Do: One-Stop from Concept to Shipped Parts
Because the whole chain is under one roof, a project does not move between vendors and lose accountability at each handoff. Our scope covers:
- Product development and prototyping — design support, 3D printing, DFM reports, and Moldflow analysis for parts where flow behavior, warpage, or weld lines are critical.
- Mold and fixture manufacturing — multi-cavity molds, auto-unscrewing molds, 2K molds, overmolds, collapsible-core molds, and gas-assist molds. Molds up to 15 tons are within our range.
- Injection molding — Yizumi and Tairui presses from 130T to 500T running 24-hour shifts, supported by CNC machining centers, EDM, and wire cutting for in-house tooling maintenance and modification.
- Assembly and finishing — brought together with molded parts, so components arrive as a finished assembly rather than a box of loose parts.

Founder Background: Pre-Founding Career, 2006–2016
Before Maidder existed, our founder worked as a mold design engineer from 2006 to 2016, at Junyi, Foxconn-group Fugang, and Fuyu. That decade was spent on mold design, tooling problem-solving, and the practical side of bringing plastic parts into production.
To be clear about scope: this is pre-founding career experience only. Those years do not represent Maidder company projects, and we do not present work from that period as our own case history. What carried over into Maidder is design discipline and the habit of solving problems in the mold rather than on the molding floor.
Milestones
- 2016 — Maidder founded in Dongguan as a design-focused company, built around mold design and product development.
- 2018 — Mold manufacturing added in-house, moving the company from design partner to full tooling supplier.
- 2020 — Medical device and broader product development work expanded. That year also included the HP printer base ECN project: part F0V63-90005, an engineering change involving add/remove steel and the welding and remaking of CAV/COR inserts, moving from Rev 4.9 to Rev 12.1 at a modification cost of USD 25,000 with a documented three-week lead time. The customer approval recorded on the change was "HP - Proceed this modf."
- 2020–2024 — A sustained focus on cooler boxes and large containers. This includes hard cooler ODM programs — folding coolers, multi-size hard coolers, and cooler boxes with secondary foam injection. Two cooler models we build today are a 10QT hand-carry unit (380 x 255 x 270 mm) and a 16QT shoulder-strap unit (380 x 356 x 270 mm). Company-reported: ice remains unmelted for 60 hours at 25°C without frequent opening, with custom mold options for capacity, color, and LOGO. More on this program is available on our 10QT hard cooler page.
- Cambodia production base — established to support OEM Cambodia service and give customers an alternative manufacturing location. Tariff resilience depends on destination-market rules and origin requirements, and should be reviewed project by project.

Quality, Certifications, and Compliance
Quality is controlled at defined points rather than inspected at the end. Our process includes first-article inspection, in-process patrol inspection with traceability, process testing, per-product batch trace codes, and a PPAP approval process for customers who require it.
We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001:2015. For applicable food-contact programs, tell us your application and target market; we will confirm suitable materials and documentation for your program. Certificates available upon request.
Markets and Commercial Terms
We serve customers in North America, Europe, and Japan, with the Cambodia production base available where an alternative manufacturing origin or regional supply needs make it the better option, according to company information.
Commercial terms are built to make small and first orders practical:
- No MOQ, negotiable by project
- Orders under 3,000 pcs incur a machine setup fee
- Molds belong to the customer, with free maintenance and one year of free storage
- Batch quality issues answered within one day
